Never can we overlook the value of higher education, especially in this extremely competitive society. With the purpose of enhance employees' educational background, many companies now considering paying for employees to get university degree, which may be opposed by some managers when taking the huge cost into account. However, contrary to the opinion of these managers, highlight the importance of encouraging employees to get university degree and believe that it is beneficial for both companies and the employees.

To begin with, the employees, whose relevant skills and knowledge has tremendously improved, can further boost their working efficiency and inevitably bring more profits for the company. Many industries such as finance institutions, advertisement companies and hospitals require talents who have profound educational background in particular fields. Through the study in the university, the employees can be equipped with better ability and knowledge to handle their business. There is no denying the productivity is one of the key aspects in the operation of a company. With the help of more productive and more intelligent employees, complex tasks can be finished in a short time with great quality. Gradually, it will become a competitive edge of the company and promote its reputation in the long term. What's more, this policy can be extremely attractive to the potential talents to join the company and the loyalty of employees can be effectively enhanced. Huawei, a famous cell phone manufacturer in China, is a case in point. During the past few years, Huawei has given financial support to over 200 employees to finish their university degree and require them to pay back more or less through hard work in the future. Consequently, now Huawei has become the dream company for many graduates and its avenue doubled last year since not only the employees become more loyal to the company but also work more efficiently and bring unexpected profits to Huawei.

Moreover, at individual level, the employees are glad that they can get the chance to enhance their ability and knowledge, which increase the possibility of achieving their career goal and fulfill their value in the work place. As we all know, getting a university degree can be a huge financial burden for many people. As a result, some people who may have talent give up the chance to enriching themselves. Or, those who insist to attend college have to take lots of part-time job in order to pay for the cost. However, if the company can support their education as an investment, they will no longer face dilemma between paying for the tuition and giving it up. With a university degree, they are more likely to get promoted in the future and embrace a brighter life.

The cost of supporting employees' education, nevertheless, can be an uninformed burden for the company in a short period. However, the cost can not overshadow the future benefits in the long run. Not only the company can get more profits and better reputation but also the employees can have a valuable chance to establish themselves as successful workers. In a word, a modern company should consider paying for employees to get university degree as a promising investment and I believe it will eventually pay off.

It is common nowadays for employees to value whether a job is worth to take based on how many further educational opportunities the companies offer. But when we come to the question that should company pay for employees to get their university degree, opinions vary from person to person. Personally speaking, I give assent to the statement that company should pay for employees regarding pursuing the college degree, because the advantages which this measurement brings to the enterprise are much overweight the disadvantages.

Some people argue that provide the employee's tuition of the university will become a significant financial burden to the company and this may even result in financial crisis. I admit that requiring all the employees to get university degree is not practical and money wasting. But we cannot deny that offering a proper portion of employees to get university degree can not only encourage the employees to work harder but also improve the workers' proficiency.

By affording more employees to obtain university degree, a company will have more skilled workers. In that way, employees develop their professional skills, and at the same time, the company improves its efficacy and proficiency. We can better understand this proclaim by the comparison between two companies. We all know that The Apple Company owns many high-educated employees while the Foxconn Company owns only a small portion of employees who are of graduation. The Apple Company publishes new iPhones annually and earns a lot of money. But the Foxconn Company often stuck in the scandal of long and harsh working environment and low paid. So maybe, in the beginning, a company needs to pay more, it will get a huge amount of money back in turn for its investment in employees' university education.

Secondly,providing more employees to go further education will make the employees appreciate their company more and thus enhance the consolidation of the company.It is not hard to image this. When your boss tells you that he will pay for you to go further education in university, you must be fervid about this chance and may even determine to spare no effect to build your company better. I will definitely do if my company will do me this favor. If most of the employees appreciate what the company does for them, the consolidation of the company will be much more strengthened.

In summarize, I believe it is beneficial for company to provide chance for their employees to have more education in university. This decision can do a lot of favor to the further development of the enterprise due to more intelligent clerks and more harmony ambiance.
