It is reasonable that employees have a minimum of four weeks as their yearly time-off. The annual leave, four weeks in a row or in other arrangements, can help improve workers’ performance.
First, it is the legitimate arrangement because the rest is necessary for workers to revitalize themselves. A worker can get tired and stressed during a year of work. During the time-off, they can get off the grid, put aside work issues, and clear their minds. When they return, they may be full of energy and motivation to work. In addition, the vacation gives workers time to be the company of their families. Feeling fulfilled as a result of the happy family time, the staff resume work in arevived and motivated state.
