(1)Who do you trust the most?
Well, that’s a difficult question… If I am forced to choose just one person I think I would say my mother. It’s a bit of an obvious answer, maybe, because she is predominantly the person who brought me up, and she is the person I’ve been closest to all my life. She understands me very well, and she is honest with me. She might not always help me whenever I need help - she’s a believer in people being strong and independent - but also she’s a very sincere and honest person, and for this reason she’s highly trust worthy.
(2)Have you ever lost trust in someone?
The time I remember the most is when I lent a friend quite a lot of money. He said he really needed it for something very important. In fact, he told me along and quite sad story about a family member being in trouble, and I felt a sort of moral obligation to help him. So I lent him quite a bit of money. He then he went back to his home town. Months went by and I lost contact with him.He stopped sending me messages. Then I heard from another friend that he was not with his family in his hometown at all - but he had gone to another country. I realised that he had told me a lie in order to get some money from me. And I found out, after some investigation, that he had also told the same lie to a few other people I knew!
(3)What kind of people do you trust?
I now believe I have a very good instinct for trusting people. From lots of life experience I think I am a good judge of character. I trust people who talk fairly frankly, don’t seem to make excuses when they make mistakes, and who have a genuine sense of humour. I think these are key qualities in a person that I might trust.
(4)Do you trust artificial intelligence?
Well, I trust AI to do some things, basic things, basic calculations, or dealing with some automatic processes or something. But I wouldn’t trust AI to make any important decisions or anything that really is going to have a big impact on human beings. So, it really depends.
